We get it, buying a swimsuit online is stressful!! We want to take the worry out of your purchase so if you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may may return or exchange the item for a different size or different style within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Please contact our Customer Service team at email@example.com to initiate your return. We will ask you a few questions, help initiate a return label (USA only) and item will be refunded once it is received back in our warehouse. All returned or exchanged items must be received within the 30 days from your purchase.
Unless the item is defective, the product must not be worn, washed or otherwise used. All swimwear products must come back with tags and sanitary liner intact. For apparel, items must have their tags, not be worn, washed or otherwise used.
We offer a limited warranty on our products. If there is an issue of receiving the wrong item or you have an item that is defective beyond normal wear and tear please contact our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org .
We have the right to refuse a return if it does not comply with the above.

Due to covid, and let's be honest just a general design to save the planet we are no longer providing packing slips in our shipments. If you did not receive an invoice/receipt for your online purchase via email please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you. If a shipment is undelivered, we will not be responsible for any return or original shipping fees.

Do you provide International delivery?
USPS Priority Mail International: 10-19 Business Days
If after you placed your order you realized incorrect information has been given to us please email us at email@example.com. If the order is not on our warehouse floor we can make adjustments however if it’s already in process you will need to refuse the package and place a new order with us containing the correct information.
ANVE is not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes due to international shipment. Please be advised on your countries regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order.
What are the general transit times?
Our transit times are based on USPS posted delivery days and we cannot guarantee receipt of your order in the stated number of days if there are carrier issues, inclement weather or other factors out of our control.
Please allow 1-2 business days of processing time in addition to the stated shipping time.
How do I track my order?
Upon completion of your order you will receive an airway bill number via email confirmation that your order has shipped and you will be able to track your order with the appointed courier.

What are your delivery options?
Orders placed on the anve.com site can be shipped to the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories, and most International countries.
