RETURN POLICY

 

ANVE has a no refund policy. If you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may may exchange the item for a different size or different style within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. If the value is more than the original purchase additional fees will be charged.

Unless the item is defective the product must not be worn, washed or otherwise used.  All swimwear products must come back with tags and sanitary liner intact.  For apparel, items must have their tags, not be worn, washed or otherwise used.

We offer a limited warranty on our products.  If there is an issue of receiving the wrong item or you have an item that is defective beyond normal wear and tear please contact our Customer Service team at wecare@anveswim.com .

Instructions for returning items are included with our packing slips in every shipment. Please complete the entire return form on the the packing slip, and ship your returned merchandise back to the address provided. Return postage and handling fees will be paid by the customer. We have the right to refuse a return if it does not comply with the above.

To make sure the bikini you have chosen fits correctly please follow our size chart or contact us at wecare@anveswim.com if you have any questions regarding sizing.

If you do not have a packing slip please email customer service at wecare@anveswim.com. If a shipment is undelivered, we will not be responsible for any return or original shipping fees.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for International orders at this time.

SHIPPING FAQ'S

Do you provide International delivery?

 

USPS Priority Mail International: 6-15 Business Days

If after you placed your order you realized incorrect information has been given to us please email us at wecare@anveswim.com.  If the order is not on our warehouse floor we can make adjustments however if it’s already in process you will need to refuse the package and place a new order with us containing the correct information.

ANVE is not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes due to international shipment. Please be advised on your countries regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order.

What are the general transit times?

 

Our transit times are based on USPS posted delivery days and we cannot guarantee receipt of your order in the stated number of days if there are carrier issues, inclement weather or other factors out of our control.

Please allow 1-2 business days of processing time in addition to the stated shipping time.

 

How do I track my order?

Upon completion of your order you will receive an airway bill number in order to track your order with the appointment courier.

How long does it take to ship domestically?

 

Standard Ground: 1-5 Business Days

Second Day Air: 2-3 Business Days

Overnight: 1-2 Business Days

What are your delivery options?

Orders placed on the anve.com site can be shipped to the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories, and most International countries.

Once your order is placed you can expect it to be processed within 24-48 business hours.
